The working environment temperature of large reducers is -40 ℃~40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, preheating and lubrication should be carried out before starting, and cooling measures should be taken when the temperature is above 40 ℃
Due to its small size and simple and convenient installation, it is suitable for the technological transformation of old factories and the upgrading of equipment
Can be used as a reference for other industries, and the usage load can be increased according to the operating conditions of this industry (similar models of reducers include JDX large gear reducers)

1. MBY stands for MBY series edge drive grinder reducer (where Y represents hard tooth surface gear reducer)
2. The center distance of the reducer is 800mm
3. The nominal transmission ratio is 6.3 (please fill in the time transmission ratio when placing special orders)
4. The assembly form is in Part II (see the assembly form of large reducers for details)
5. Rotation direction of output shaft (facing the gearbox output shaft): S (clockwise), N (counterclockwise)

Ordering and Selection Instructions
The selection of reducer is based on the required power, input speed, and reduction ratio, and the reducer is directly selected (without considering the selection coefficient).
When placing an order, in addition to specifying the model, required power, input speed, reduction ratio, and output shaft rotation direction of the reducer, it is also necessary to indicate the assembly form code of the reducer and whether it is randomly equipped with a thin oil lubrication station.

Example of Large Gearbox Selection
A certain cement plant uses an edge drive mill reducer with a motor power of 1000KW, a motor speed of 740r/min, and a reduction ratio of 6.3.
According to the above conditions, check the load capacity table of the large reducer. In the row with a nominal transmission ratio of 6.3 and an input speed of 740r/min, find the reducer model with a load capacity greater than 1000KW. It is known that the load capacity of MBY8000 under the modified conditions is 1180KW, so the selected reducer model is MBY800.
A certain power plant uses a coal mill (tube mill) reducer with a motor power of 380KW, a motor speed of 740r/min, and a reduction ratio of 5.
According to the load capacity table of the large reducer, when the input speed is 740r/min and the nominal transmission ratio is 5, the load capacity is 380KW. Therefore, the selected reducer model is MBY450.
