The main unit of a microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter generally consists of a casing, an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a stirrer, a backup water tank, a control circuit, a temperature sensor, an ignition electrode, a water circulation system, etc.
Some fully automatic microcontrollers also have an outer tube temperature control system and an outer tube water temperature control system, which can keep the temperature of the entire calorimeter system and the outer tube water temperature fluctuating within a very small range.

After each experiment, the following checks and maintenance should be carried out regularly to keep the instrument in good working condition and extend its service life.
1. Oxygen bomb: In addition to cleaning and drying the oxygen bomb after each test, the following points should also be noted and checked:
(1) Oxygen bombs can only be twisted by hand, and should be stopped when tightened by hand. Do not use tools to forcefully twist them. After the test is completed every day, they should be cleaned once.
(2) The spring cap and valve seat should be rinsed clean and wiped dry after use.
(3) Rinse the cup thoroughly, clean the threads, and inspect the upper part of the cup for mechanical damage. Be careful not to invert the cup.
(4) Check for wear and burn damage to the sealing ring. If there is air leakage due to poor sealing, it should be replaced.
(5) Check if the insulation sleeve is in good condition and if there is any damage.
(6) Regularly conduct a water pressure test of 20.0Mpa on the oxygen bomb. After each water pressure test, the usage time of the oxygen bomb shall not exceed one year (or 5000 tests).
2. Coat water cylinder: If the test is not conducted continuously, the water in the cylinder should be drained to keep the interior clean and prevent dirt from falling into the cylinder.
