Overview

The ZDHW-600B high-precision microcomputer calorimeter is suitable for measuring the calorific value of combustible substances such as coal, coke, and petroleum in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geology, and scientific research institutions. It meets the requirements of GB/T213-2008 "Method for Determining the Calorific Value of Coal".

Product Details

Introduction

This system runs on Windows 98 and above systems, with built-in interaction and ready to use learning. This software adopts an object-oriented programming method, modular management technology, multitasking operation, serial communication technology, integrates system control and data management, has good compatibility, is easy to maintain, overcomes the drawbacks of computer interface board jumping, has wide adaptability, uses scientific and effective algorithms, high data accuracy, and stable and reliable system.

ZDHW-600B high-precision microcomputer calorimeter for power plant testing equipmentInstrument Features

1. Automatically control the temperature of the outer cylinder water at the set temperature point to ensure that actual temperature changes do not affect cooling calibration, resulting in more accurate measurement results.

2. Automatically adjust the temperature of the inner and outer cylinders, using an automatic constant temperature system to ensure accurate and stable measurement results.

3. Meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T213-2003.

4. The microcomputer calorimeter maintains all the functions of the microcomputer system and can run general software for other transaction processing. At the same time, starting the calorimeter measurement system can automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) and measure the heat generation of the calorimeter system. Input data such as sulfur, moisture, hydrogen, etc. to convert and print out data such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.

5. The internal cylinder of the calorimeter device adopts electric stirring with sheet-like blades, and the external cylinder adopts submersible electric stirring, making the stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument adopts a fused cotton thread ignition method.

6. The microcomputer calorimeter is operated on Winsows98 and above operating systems, with Chinese character prompts throughout the process and human-computer interaction. It can be learned and used immediately, and the experiment can be completed by following the prompts.

technical indicators

Measurement accuracy: in accordance with GB/T213-2008

■ Operating environment: 5-40 ℃ (the room temperature change should be ≤ 1 ℃ for each measurement)

Precision: ≤ 0.1%

■ Power supply: AC220V ± 10%; 50Hz

ZDHW-600B high-precision microcomputer calorimeter for power plant testing equipmentRequirements for the environment

1. During the experiment, do not open doors and windows, do not direct sunlight directly into the laboratory room, and do not direct the air conditioning outlet directly onto the constant temperature bucket. The air convection formed by the outlet should not surround the constant temperature bucket.

2. When the water temperature inside the instrument rises, the test cannot be conducted continuously.

3. There should be no heat source in the room.

4. During instrument testing, personnel should not walk too much to avoid causing air flow and affecting the experimental results.

5. The air conditioner must be kept on 24 hours a day to maintain the laboratory temperature and instrument temperature at all times.

6. Room temperature should be between 10-30 ℃. The temperature difference between room temperature and the water in the outer bucket should be within 1.5 ℃.

Precautions for use

After each experiment, the following checks and maintenance should be carried out regularly to keep the instrument in good working condition and extend its service life.

1. Oxygen bomb: In addition to cleaning and drying the oxygen bomb after each test, the following points should also be noted and checked:

(1) Oxygen bombs can only be twisted by hand, and should be stopped when tightened by hand. Do not use tools to forcefully twist them. After the test is completed every day, they should be cleaned once.

(2) The spring cap and valve seat should be rinsed clean and wiped dry after use.

(3) Rinse the cup thoroughly, clean the threads, and inspect the upper part of the cup for mechanical damage. Be careful not to invert the cup.

(4) Check for wear and burn damage to the sealing ring. If there is air leakage due to poor sealing, it should be replaced.

(5) Check if the insulation sleeve is in good condition and if there is any damage.

(6) Regularly conduct a water pressure test of 20.0Mpa on the oxygen bomb. After each water pressure test, the usage time of the oxygen bomb shall not exceed one year (or 5000 tests).

2. Coat water cylinder: If the test is not conducted continuously, the water in the cylinder should be drained to keep the interior clean and prevent dirt from falling into the cylinder.
