Solid waste calorific value equipment ZDHW-300A microcomputer fully automatic calorimeterWhat is the reason for not igniting during use?

The main reason for ignition failure of calorimeter is that the ignition circuit is not connected, poor contact or short circuit.

When ignition failure occurs during the experiment, the oxygen bomb should be checked, first checking whether the ignition wire is short and conductive. First, use a multimeter to measure whether there is conductivity between the two ignition electrodes on the oxygen bomb (for a single head oxygen bomb, measure whether the center of the single head is conductive to the body of the bomb). If the circuit is still not connected, it is likely due to poor conductivity caused by the oxidation and rusting of the two electrode columns (sometimes "white rust", which is not easy to detect with the naked eye). At this time, use sandpaper to polish the two electrode columns, especially the part connected to the ignition wire, to make good contact. If the two electrode columns are polished clean and bright but still do not conduct, check whether there is conductivity between the two electrode leads on the calorimeter. If it does not conduct, it may be due to virtual soldering or broken wires in the lead out. Of course, it is also possible that the operator failed to ensure good contact with the electrode when connecting the ignition wire inside. At this point, simply replace the ignition wire with a new one (if the old one has already been electrified) and reconnect it. To determine whether it is a problem with the internal circuit of the instrument or the oxygen bomb, an ignition wire can be used to test the instrument separately. Connect the ignition wire to the ignition head and the instrument housing (on the oval stainless steel plate on the upper cover), and use the ignition function to test. If the ignition is normal, it is a problem with the oxygen bomb. If it doesn't ignite, it needs to be repaired. If it is confirmed through inspection that both the oxygen bomb and the ignition circuit of the instrument are conductive (the ignition wire turns red when the oxygen bomb is connected to the instrument and the ignition circuit is turned on), it indicates that the ignition failure is caused by a short circuit. At this point, the two electrode columns should be checked, mainly checking whether the electrode column with crucible holder is in contact with the oxygen bomb, whether the insulation sleeve column inside the oxygen bomb is damaged, and whether the water in the inner cylinder is clean or mixed with electrolyte. These factors may all cause short circuits and result in ignition failure.
