Overview

Yibi diaphragm pressure transmitter is an isolated pressure measuring instrument, which uses a corrosion-resistant isolation diaphragm and filling liquid to transmit pressure. It accurately converts the pressure of corrosive, high viscosity, particle containing or sanitary grade media into a 4-20mA standard electrical signal, eliminating direct contact between the media and the sensitive core, and adapting to harsh industrial conditions.

1、 Working principle

based onDiaphragm isolation → filling liquid pressure transmission → signal conversionClosed loop design:
  1. The pressure of the measured medium acts on the isolation diaphragm (stainless steel/Hastelloy/titanium alloy), causing slight deformation;

  2. Deformation is non destructively transmitted to the internal pressure sensitive core (piezoresistive/capacitive) through a sealed filling liquid (silicone oil/inert liquid);

  3. The core converts pressure into weak electrical signals, which are amplified, temperature compensated, and linearized to output 4-20mA (two-wire system), 0-5V, or HART/Modbus digital signals for DCS/PLC acquisition and control.

  • Sensing and Signal ModuleDiffuse silicon/monocrystalline silicon piezoresistive core or capacitor core, integrated signal conditioning and communication circuit;

  • Shell and interfaceIP65/IP67 protection, process connection with flange (DN25/DN50), sanitary chuck (3A standard) or thread, suitable for reaction kettle, pipeline, storage tank.
