(2) Debugging method

  • Wiring: Strictly distinguish the positive and negative poles of the power supply, connect the 24VDC to a two-wire terminal to avoid reverse connection.

  • Calibration: After power on, set the range (0-600mm) and unit through the on-site display button, and perform zero point (4mA) and full range (20mA) calibration.

  • Test: Manually lift and lower the float, check if the displayed value corresponds linearly with the output current, and confirm that the measurement is normal.

(3) Maintenance and upkeep

  • Regularly check whether the flange seal and cable connection are intact, without looseness or leakage.
