Structural features and working principle

4.1 Structure: Referring to the schematic diagram of the coconut meat grinder in Figure 4-1, the machine is mainly composed of a frame, an inlet and outlet hopper, a toothed cutter, a cutterhead, a bearing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a motor, etc.

4.2 Working principle: During operation, the motor drives the cutterhead to rotate at high speed through a pair of V-belt wheels, a bearing frame, and a bearing mechanism. The cutterhead is equipped with several toothed blades, which are made of wear-resistant high hardness alloy. Coconut meat falls freely into the feeding hopper and is ground by a high-speed rotating toothed knife. The ground material falls into the discharge hopper through the gap between the knife disc and the knife disc cover. Implement grinding function. The overall rotor assembly is made with a lifting and adjusting mechanism, which can adjust the gap between the cutterhead and the cutterhead cover, thereby adjusting the fineness of the coconut meat.

Installation, adjustment, operation, and maintenance

4.1 The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with foot screws.

4.2 Operation: When the equipment is started, the gap between the gear plate and the gear cutter cover should be adjusted.

4.3 The feeding must be uniform, and hard foreign objects are strictly prohibited from entering the hopper to avoid damaging the screen mesh.

4.4 Maintenance: When parking or idle during the shift, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to maintain cleanliness both inside and outside;

4.5 Regularly add lubricating oil and grease to each lubrication point.
