Structural features and working principle

The machine consists of several parts, including a frame, water tank, fan, elevator, bubble tube, spray pipe, etc. During operation, due to the presence of wind in the water, fruits and vegetables roll and rotate in any direction in the water, and move forward under high-pressure hydraulic pressure. At the outlet, a scraper elevator is used to transport the fruits and vegetables to the next process. The overall structure is a split type structure, and the water tank, conveyor, inlet and outlet hoppers, and cover plate are easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain.

Installation, debugging, and operation

4.1 The machine must be placed on a horizontal concrete floor, and if it is uneven, it needs to be leveled up;

4.2 Clean the inside and outside of the machine;

4.3 Connect the power supply of the hoist, fan, and circulating pump (see their "User Manual" for details), close the drain valve and discharge outlet, and inject water into the water tank. The water level is controlled by the overflow pipe;

4.4 Start the fan and circulating water pump, and after the material cleaning is qualified, start the hoist to send the material to the next process;

4.5 According to the degree of contamination of the raw materials and the cleanliness of the water in the water tank, replace the cleaning water in the water tank in a timely manner.

4.6 Cut off the power when not in use, open the drain outlet to drain water, clean the inside and outside of the machine to maintain cleanliness.

5.1 The circulating pump filter should be cleaned every hour. If there are many leaves and debris in the sink, they should be cleaned in a timely manner;

5.2 Timely clean the jet holes (generally not easily clogged);

5.3 The lubricating oil of the reducer must be replaced regularly, and the bearing parts should be refilled as scheduled;

5.4 Adjust the tension screw according to the tightness of the conveyor belt.
