2、 Purpose and Scope of Application

This machine is suitable for removing nuclei and separating pulp from stone fruits (mangoes, peaches, apricots with a maturity of over 80%), berries (kiwis, strawberries), and pre cooked softened kernels (apples, pears) and other fruits

3、 Main structure and working principle

This machine has two models: single pass and double pass. When used for pulping stone fruit, the first rotor uses a coreless rod device to remove the core, and the flesh flows into the lower cylinder, which is completed by the scraper rotor for pulping.

★ Main structure: transmission system, bearing seat, sleeve shaft, cylinder back cover, baffle plate, cylinder body, spline shaft, screen mesh, scraper (or de nucleating rod), cylinder front cover, frame, etc

★ Working principle:

The motor is driven by a V-belt, causing the rotor components to rotate at high speed. Fruits enter the machine through the feeding port, and the feeding blades screw the materials to the core removal rod. Under the action of the core removal rod, the materials are crushed. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material (already in the form of a slurry) enter the next process through the sieve holes on the screen, while the core is discharged from the slag outlet through the slag discharge blade, thus achieving automatic separation of the slurry and slag. When the fruit pulp enters the second tube, the pulp tray evenly discharges the material between the scraper and the sieve. Due to the rotation effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder towards the outlet end, and the movement trajectory is spiral. The material is scraped by centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the sieve. The juice and meat (already in pulp form) pass through the sieve holes and enter the next process, while the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, thus achieving automatic separation.

4、 Operation, use and precautions

Before driving, first check whether the connections between the rotor components are firm and reliable, whether the motor direction is consistent with the label, and then add mechanical oil to the bearings at both ends before driving; Then add the material evenly without impacting.

After each shift, it is necessary to clean and maintain the equipment once to prevent materials from fermenting and deteriorating inside the machine, as well as lubricating parts from losing oil.
