Main functional features
The main controller adopts a 32-bit ARM processor from the 21st century, with processing speed reaching the level of a Pentium class general-purpose computer. Compared with traditional 8-bit microcontroller measurement and control systems, the overall performance is greatly improved, with faster computation speed and higher control accuracy
The data acquisition core device adopts a new type of high-precision 24 bit AD from the United States, with a sampling rate of up to 2000 times per second, which can capture the instantaneous changes in force, and has a resolution of up to 500000 divisions throughout the entire process without any grading. And using 6-point calibration technology to further improve accuracy, the force measurement accuracy is better than the national 0.5 level (advanced) standard.
The displacement encoder adopts a 4-fold counting technology, which increases the displacement resolution by 4 times, reaching up to 0.0005mm.
