Function:
1. Compressive strength test function - used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the specimen. The pressure plate on the testing machine moves downwards at the set speed, applies pressure to the sample after contacting it, and measures the pressure value on the sample. The deformation of the sample is measured from the pressure value reaching 220N. After the sample is crushed, the testing machine will automatically record the peak pressure and the compressive deformation of the sample.
2. Stacking strength test function - used to determine the compressive durability of samples under simulated packaging and storage conditions. When the pressure plate on the testing machine descends to apply pressure to the sample until it reaches the preset pressure, stop and start timing and measuring the deformation of the sample. Under the influence of compression deformation of the sample, the pressure value continuously decreases. As the pressure reduction gradually approaches the lower limit of the pressure fluctuation range specified by the standard, the testing machine automatically supplements the pressure to the preset pressure and maintains it. Throughout the entire testing process, the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure in this way to ensure that the pressure fluctuation does not exceed the specified range until the specified stacking test time is reached. When the total deformation of the specimen under compression reaches 100mm, the testing machine automatically terminates the test.
