The arched convex surface is located on the high-pressure side of the pressure system. When the protected pressure bearing system is overpressure, the pressure rod element is subjected to unstable force, causing the combined sealing membrane to flip over. The sealing membrane is punctured by the serrations of the pressure rod element to release pressure, thereby protecting the pressure bearing equipment.

When using a weakening groove in the design structure of the blasting disc, the length or diameter of the weakening groove should ensure sufficient discharge flow, and the design of the weakening groove should ensure that no fragments are produced after the blasting disc is blasted.

If there is a certain back pressure difference in the working conditions of the bursting disc safety device, the bursting disc design should adopt a structure with attachments such as frames, reinforcement rings, or other combination attachments. The design structure of replaceable bursting disc components should meet the performance requirements and be easy to assemble, disassemble, and replace.

The medium used for explosive disc blasting test shall comply with the following regulations: (1) Liquid medium: oil, water or other non corrosive liquids can be used; (2) Gaseous medium: Air, nitrogen, or other inert gases can be used.

The use of bursting discs and safety valves in series: (1) To avoid the loss of a large amount of process materials or contained media due to the rupture of bursting discs; (2) Safety valves cannot be directly used in situations where the medium is corroded or leakage is not allowed; (3) Transporting extremely toxic, highly hazardous, or highly corrosive media in mobile pressure vessels.

The bursting disc safety device is connected in series with the outlet side of the safety valve: if there is a possibility of corrosion or interference from external pressure sources on the outlet side of the safety valve, a bursting disc safety device should be installed on the outlet side of the safety valve to protect its normal operation. The bursting disc safety device installed on mobile pressure vessels should not be located on the outlet side of the safety valve.
