LFTA650 Explosive Disc with Arch Opening for Exhaust Gas TreatmentThe concave surface is located on the high-pressure side of the pressure system. A bursting disc consists of two or more layers, with one layer being a sealing film and at least one layer being a positively arched bursting disc with holes (seams). The positive arch slotted blasting disc is a new structure designed to solve the production difficulties caused by low blasting pressure or small discharge diameter. In order to seal it, a sealing membrane must be added. Due to the limitations of temperature and pressure on the sealing membrane material, the applicability of the positive arch slotted blasting disc is restricted.
Product Description:
A combination explosive disc is composed of components such as a strength film and a sealing film, and an additional layer of support is required for situations where back pressure needs to be withstood. There are holes and seams (radial or circumferential seams) on the strength film and bracket that weaken the strength of the material. When subjected to overpressure, it will break under tension at the section with the minimum hole spacing.
