XLD/BLD vertical reducer

Guomao BrandVertical reducerIt is a novel transmission machinery that adopts the K-H-V planetary transmission principle with few tooth differences and cycloidal needle teeth meshing, also known as a vertical cycloidal needle wheel reducer. Widely used in the fields of textile printing and dyeing, light industry and food, metallurgy and mining, petrochemicals, lifting and transportation, and engineering machinery as driving and deceleration devices.

XLD/BLD Vertical Reducer Model Analysis:

BLD3-35-Y5.5-CZ

The X or B in XLD/BLD represents the X series or B series planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer.

L represents vertical flange installation.

D is the motor code, and in the new Guomao model representation method, the motor code is directly added before the power, that is, Y (ordinary motor) 5.5

35 is the speed ratio, the speed ratio range for single-stage vertical reducers is 7~87, and the speed ratio range for two-stage reducers is 99 (9 * 11)~7569 (87 * 87)

In Y5.5, Y is the motor code for Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motors (YEJ flat electromagnetic brake motor, YVP variable frequency speed motor, YB explosion-proof motor, etc.), 5.5 is the motor power, default is 4P motor

CZ indicates the configuration of Guomao cycloidal reducer dedicated long axis motor (i.e. direct coupled motor)

Model derivation of XLD/BLD vertical reducer

The models of the dual axis vertical reducer are XLE and BLE

The names of the two-stage vertical planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer are XLED and BLED, and the three-stage ones are XLSD and BLSD

When configuring a vertical planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, other installation forms include: Y (vertical overhead type, default grease filling), W (vertical horizontal type, recommended grease filling)

lubrication

When using grease lubrication for vertical reducers, it is recommended to use 2 # lithium based grease, 2 # extreme pressure lithium based grease, or 00 # reducer grease
