The XGBO series online load solves the safety problems of traditional offline discharge, integrating online discharge, offline discharge, charging function, activation function, and monitoring function.
The online charging and discharging load of the XGBO series battery pack is connected to the tested battery pack through the "online series connection" method. The tested battery pack is discharged with a constant current through the XGBO built-in dummy load while maintaining real-time online connection with the power system, which effectively solves the problem of ensuring the safety of the power system in traditional offline discharge. After the discharge is completed, XGBO can automatically switch to online charging recovery for the tested battery pack, which solves the difficulty of charging recovery after traditional offline discharge.
Specially suitable for online charging and maintenance of backup battery packs in communication base stations, power substations, power plants, and large industrial and mining enterprises!

It has multiple testing functions: online discharge, offline discharge, online charging, and online monitoring, meeting various testing needs;
Online discharge function: The tested battery pack maintains a constant current discharge through the XGBO built-in dummy load while maintaining a real-time online connection with the power system;
Online charging function: After the discharge is completed, the online charging function is automatically activated, allowing the rectifier to charge the battery pack, solving the problem of huge voltage difference in the battery pack return system;
Intelligent processing function for abnormal mains power: When abnormal mains power occurs during the discharge process, XGBO can stop the discharge of the tested battery pack to the XGBO built-in false load according to the customer's pre-set settings, and instead fully guarantee the emergency power supply of the tested battery pack to the power system;
Wireless module single cell monitoring: using Bluetooth wireless single cell monitoring technology, supporting 2V/6V/12V single cell voltage monitoring, each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor 4 single cells, making wiring easier;
Bus data structure: Single cell voltage acquisition and recording adopt bus data structure, with no limit on the number of single cell monitoring and the ability to monitor multiple groups of batteries simultaneously;
5.7-inch ultra large touch screen: Equipped with an ultra large touch screen, users can directly click and operate on the screen, while also using buttons to make the operation simpler and clearer. During the discharge process, all discharge parameters can be viewed and a single cell voltage bar chart can be displayed;
Parallel expansion function: It can be connected to a compact constant current expansion module to meet the needs of larger discharge and charging currents;
Automatic discharge current calculation function: The instrument has built-in discharge coefficients for various hourly rates of the battery, which can automatically calculate the required discharge current for the group of batteries based on the nominal capacity of the battery and the discharge hourly rate required by the user. If the user purchases any discharge efficiency rate for discharge, the discharged capacity of the battery will be automatically converted to C10 capacity;
Maintenance parameter preset function: The instrument is equipped with 8 sets of commonly used discharge parameter presets, which facilitate on-site discharge operations for users. Users can also modify the built-in preset parameters;
Large capacity data storage: The instrument is equipped with a built-in large capacity memory, which can store 32 sets of test data;
Test data transfer: During the discharge process, it can be connected to a PC for real-time data reception. After the discharge is completed, the discharge data stored in the host can also be copied to the PC through a USB flash drive for analysis;
Multiple discharge shutdown thresholds: Four discharge shutdown thresholds can be set, including battery pack voltage, individual cell voltage, discharge time, and discharge capacity; When the discharge stops, the screen will display the reason for the shutdown and there will be an alarm prompt sound;
Flexible power supply method: Adopting both AC and DC power supply methods, one can choose between them in practical applications.
Backend analysis (software):
Equipped with * capacity estimation function, it can quickly estimate the capacity of the tested battery pack;
Display the collected data intuitively on the screen in the form of bar charts, reports, and curves, and can be zoomed in and out locally for easy observation;
Can automatically produce EXCEL format reports for easy sending or uploading of test data;
Test data can be displayed in a tree structure for easy display and backup.
