Product Introduction
The intelligent battery activator (2V-12V all-in-one machine, suitable for 2V, 6V, 12V batteries, hereinafter referred to as the activator) is a portable product used for daily maintenance of outdated batteries. It has three independent usage modes: battery discharge mode, battery charging mode, and battery activation mode. Capacity tests can be conducted on outdated batteries based on their different practical situations. Low voltage constant current charging can be used, or multiple cycle periods can be set to cycle and discharge the smallest capacity batteries multiple times, in order to activate the active substances that cause plate failure and improve the capacity of outdated batteries. Simultaneously equipped with PC application software, the collected data is uploaded to the computer for various analyses.

The software is designed entirely in Chinese and can automatically generate voltage and current curve graphs, as well as test reports (including Excel spreadsheets and WORD documents).
Main functions:
★ Single cell activation function:
The instrument can automatically activate by setting parameters for multiple cycles of activation; And display real-time data such as battery voltage, charging/discharging current, charging/discharging capacity, charging/discharging time, etc; The activation process can be stopped either by completing the preset activation cycle or by manually terminating the operation.
★ Constant current discharge function of individual battery:
Set the discharge parameters, and the instrument will automatically perform discharge, displaying real-time data such as discharge current, discharged capacity of the battery, battery voltage, and discharge time; The discharge test can be stopped when the preset termination discharge conditions are reached or when the operation is manually terminated.
★ Single battery charging function:
Once the charging parameters are set, the instrument automatically executes the charging function and displays real-time data such as charging current, battery capacity, battery voltage, charging time, etc. When the battery reaches the preset termination charging conditions or is manually terminated, charging can be stopped.
