The STM RMI 63 P 1/40 adopts a classic worm gear transmission structure, consisting of two core transmission components: worm gear and worm wheel. Worm gears and worm gears are precision ground and processed, with high tooth surface accuracy, small meshing clearance, and smooth transmission. STM RMI 63 P 1/40 has been filled with special high-performance worm gear lubricating oil when leaving the factory. The lubricating oil has excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance and noise reduction characteristics, and can maintain stable lubricating performance in the temperature range of -20 ℃ to+120 ℃. The pre lubrication design allows the product to be used immediately without the need for additional lubricating oil, simplifying the installation process, reducing maintenance difficulty, and achieving long-term maintenance free operation.
The input end of the reducer adopts the IEC standard 80B5 flange interface, which can directly match standard motors such as IEC 80 three-phase asynchronous motors, servo motors, stepper motors, variable frequency brake motors, etc., with strong universality. The B5 flange installation form has the advantages of precise positioning, high connection rigidity, smooth transmission, and easy disassembly, which can achieve seamless connection between the motor and the reducer, ensure transmission concentricity, and avoid vibration and noise.
