The motor is equipped with dual adjustable eccentric blocks, which can be freely adjusted between 0 and the rated 800kg excitation force, meeting the vibration intensity requirements of different processes such as screening, feeding, compaction, and anti blocking. The adjustment process is simple and fast, without the need for complex shutdown operations, greatly improving the flexibility of equipment technology.
The overall cast iron body, reinforced rib structure, IP55 high protection, and F-class insulation system enable the motor to operate stably for a long time in environments with high dust, high humidity, high vibration, and high impact. The body is not easily deformed or cracked, and the internal components are not easily corroded by the external environment. The failure rate is much lower than that of ordinary vibration motors.
The motor is designed according to the S1 continuous working system, with excellent heat dissipation performance and reasonable temperature rise control, which can meet the requirement of uninterrupted operation for 7 × 24 hours. It is particularly suitable for use in automated production lines and continuous production equipment, without problems such as overheating and attenuation during shutdown.
The eccentric block and rotor have undergone precise dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth operation without additional vibration, effectively reducing the overall noise level of the machine. Low noise operation can improve the working environment of the workshop, reduce equipment resonance losses, and extend the lifespan of the entire vibration equipment.
F-class insulation system can withstand high temperature operation, and IP55 protection can resist dust and water vapor intrusion, reducing the risks of leakage, short circuit, and burning. The motor has good overload capacity and can maintain stable operation even under voltage fluctuations and sudden load changes, with high safety.
