Behlke Electronic GmbH is a German enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of high-voltage pulse switches, high-voltage pulse generators, and high-power semiconductor switches. With decades of experience in high-voltage solid-state switch technology, the company's products are known for their high voltage, fast speed, long lifespan, low loss, and high stability. They have passed multiple international certifications such as CE and ROHS, and are widely used in the global industrial, scientific research, medical, and military fields.
HTS 180-48-B belongs to the Behlke HTS series high-voltage solid-state pulse switch, which adopts a modular integrated design with a maximum operating voltage of 18kV. It has di/dt and dv/dt characteristics, supports repetitive frequency pulse operation and single pulse output, and is an ideal choice to replace traditional high-voltage switches such as spark gaps, vacuum relays, thyristors, etc. This model can operate stably without a complex cooling system and is compatible with various high-voltage pulse power systems, with strong versatility and reliability.
Product Structure and Working PrincipleThe HTS 180-48-B adopts multiple high-voltage MOSFETs for series connection, synchronous driving, and dynamic voltage equalization design, which is the core component for achieving 18kV high-voltage switching capability. MOSFET, as a voltage controlled device, has advantages such as fast switching speed, low driving power, no secondary breakdown, and extremely long lifespan. Through Behlke's synchronous driving and voltage equalization technology, dozens of MOSFETs are simultaneously turned on and off under high voltage, ensuring uniform voltage distribution and avoiding damage to individual devices due to overvoltage.
The switch is equipped with a high-speed, high anti-interference isolation drive circuit, and the control signal (TTL) is electrically isolated from the high-voltage main circuit. The isolation voltage far exceeds the working voltage of 18kV, ensuring the safety of the control system. The driving circuit has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and can operate stably in high-voltage pulse strong electromagnetic environments without problems such as false triggering or false shutdown.
