Product Structure and Working Principle

1. Integrated coaxial structure

F5B-19 adopts a coaxial structure with a direct connection between the motor and pump head, without coupling, gear reduction, or transmission clearance. The motor rotor directly drives the impeller to rotate, resulting in high power transmission efficiency, low mechanical losses, and low operating noise. The coaxial structure significantly shortens the overall length, reduces volume, and facilitates installation in narrow spaces, making it suitable for integrated use in vehicles, aircraft, ships, and equipment.

2. Centrifugal impeller conveying principle

The pump body adopts a closed or semi open centrifugal impeller. When the motor rotates at high speed, the impeller drives the fluid to make circular motion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the fluid is thrown towards the outside of the pump casing, forming a high-pressure zone and discharged from the outlet; At the same time, a low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller, and fluid is continuously drawn into the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure, achieving continuous and stable fluid transport.

The centrifugal structure has the characteristics of stable flow rate, gentle pressure, low risk of cavitation, and low shear force on the medium, making it suitable for transportation scenarios that require no damage to the fluid state, such as circulating cooling, cleaning water supply, low-temperature liquid transportation, etc.

3. Pump casing and overcurrent components

The pump casing is made of high-strength engineering plastic or metal alloy material, which has high structural strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and is not easily deformed. The flow components (impeller, guide chamber, inlet and outlet channels) are made of materials compatible with the medium, with smooth surfaces, smooth channels, and no stagnant areas, which can reduce fluid resistance, improve hydraulic efficiency, and avoid impurity deposition and blockage.
