Detection principle:

The biological toxicity detector performs dual functions: toxicity testing and determination of microbial contamination; Conduct toxicity testing using luminescent bacteria found in nature, which emit light during normal metabolic processes. If placed in a toxic environment, their cellular respiration process is affected, resulting in a decrease in luminescence.The HD-DX luminescence detector measures the luminescence of luminescent bacteria before and after exposure to toxic environments, and the degree of reduction in luminescence corresponds to the strength of toxicity. The detection results can be compared with the standard toxic substances HgCl2 or zinc sulfate heptahydrate to determine the corresponding toxicity level.
