1、 Brief Description of ZG-1 Vacuum Manual Sampler
ZG-1 The vacuum manual sampler is designed for quantitative sampling of various gases in the air, and should comply with various gas detection requirements when used
The sampling requirements for measuring tubes can be multiples of 50 and 100, such as 50mL, 100mL, 200mL, etc. The two ends, cover, and handle of the hand pump are made of anti-static materials injection molded and machined, and can be used in explosion-proof and non explosion-proof environments.
Structure and Dimensional Description of ZG-1 Vacuum Manual Sampler

1. Insert the detection tube into the head; 2. Detection tube cutter; 3. Hand pump locking line; 4. Starting line of the pull rod; 5. Directional marking of the pull rod (one on the handle)
Small triangle); 6. Pull rod handle; 7. Pull rod; 8.50mL engraved line; 9.100mL marking line; 10.50mL card slot; 11.100mL card slot.
IIIZG-1 Vacuum Manual Sampler Operating Instructions
3.1 Take out the gas detection tube to be tested, seal both ends of the detection tube at the cutting hole at the front end of the sampler, and then break the detection tube
Align the air inlet of the sampler with the measured gas and rotate the sampler handle until the red triangle on the handle matches the red line on the rear cover of the sampler
yes. Pull the handle to the desired position (100ml in second gear or 50ml in first gear) and fix it.
3.2 After 2-3 minutes, when the front end of the detection tube that has changed color no longer moves forward, remove the detection tube and read it from the detection tube
Determine the concentration of the measured gas.
3.3 After the test is completed, rotate the handle to make the red triangle and the engraved line offset by 90 degrees, and push the handle back to its original position.
When the required gas production volume for the detection tube is greater than 100ml, there is no need to remove the detection tube. Simply repeat steps 3.1 and 3.3 before pulling the handle
Take gas multiple times until the sampling requirements of the detection tube are met.
When the hand pump is left idle for a long time and feels uncomfortable when pulled, please turn right and slowly pull it apart. Do not turn left, otherwise the handle may become unresponsive
Remove the plug.
