Principle of zeolite rotary wheel concentration process

Zeolite concentration rotary wheel+thermal storage incinerator is a suitable organic waste gas treatment device for low concentration and high air volume.

The main components of zeolite are silicon and aluminum, which have adsorption and desorption abilities; The zeolite wheel utilizes the adsorption and desorption capabilities of zeolite for VOCs, converting the previously high air volume and low concentration VOCs exhaust gas into low air volume and high concentration VOCs gas.

The two sides of the impeller are divided into three zones by a specially designed sealing device: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. When VOCs waste gas passes through the zeolite impeller, VOCs are adsorbed inside the zeolite impeller, and clean gas is discharged through the adsorption zone. As the rotary wheel rotates, the VOCs waste gas adsorbed in the zeolite undergoes hot air desorption in the desorption zone and is sent to the RT0 incinerator for oxidation treatment. The concentration rotary wheel is then transferred to the cooling zone for cooling, after which it can be re adsorbed. With the continuous rotation of the wheel, adsorption, desorption, and cooling cycles are carried out to ensure the continuous and stable operation of exhaust gas treatment.

Wheel concentration+RTO technologyScope of application

1. The zeolite rotary wheel concentration+RTO waste gas treatment process is mainly used for the treatment of low concentration continuous emissions of waste gas;

2. Suitable for exhaust gases that do not contain halogens such as S, N, Cl, F, etc., that is, exhaust gas components that do not produce new by-products after combustion. If these components are present, they can be removed during the pretreatment stage;

3. The boiling point of exhaust gas should not be too high, such as greater than 300 ℃, as this will cause the exhaust gas adsorbed onto the zeolite molecular sieve to be unable to desorb for a long time under the blowing of hot air;

4. It can be applied to all industries involving the use of organic solvents and organic waste gas emissions, such as chemical industry, coatings, pharmaceutical pesticide manufacturing, electronic product manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, packaging and printing industry, painting and coating industry, feed and fertilizer industry, etc. As long as it can be adsorbed by zeolite, desorbed, and does not produce by-products after high-temperature combustion, the zeolite rotary wheel concentration+RTO waste gas treatment process can be used for waste gas components.
