In 1991, the Industrialization Research Institute under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, affiliated with Zhongke Yiyuan, was awarded the Torch Plan project by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission for its independently developed scientific research achievement MS1204 moisture testing technology after several years of persistent efforts by the company.
