1. Boost condensation control

2. Membrane separation process
After the condensation process, the residual oil and gas are discharged into the membrane separation system. The molecular separation technology is achieved by utilizing the small amount of residual oil and gas in the oil and gas, which have different permeability of small and large molecules. The separated molecules enter the atmospheric and vacuum distillation device to bring the gas pressure to atmospheric pressure, completing the phase change liquefaction of the mixed gas and achieving complete recovery of oil and gas, thereby ensuring ultra-low emission concentration of exhaust gas.

The new gas membrane separation technology is the third-generation gas membrane separation technology for volatile organic gases and air separation. Compared with the adsorption oil and gas separation closed system, the membrane separation system is an open system, and there are no hidden safety hazards caused by phase change heat of oil and gas during operation, nor are there any related dangers caused by sudden changes in system pressure.
4. Another issue is that membrane separation requires fewer auxiliary equipment and lower investment.
