The wheat making process equipment has the advantages of large production capacity, high degree of self-control, high equipment utilization, labor saving, water and energy saving, cleanliness and hygiene, and guaranteed malt quality.
The wheat making equipment includes soaking, germination, drying, and control systems. The main part is the germination system, which adopts a semi continuous production method and is equipped with 6 germination boxes and 1 drying box (all rectangular) arranged in a production line. The false bottom (sieve plate) of each box can slowly rise. When pouring the box, the sieve plate of the front box slowly rises and the sieve plate of the rear box slowly falls. It is pushed by the scraper of the movable wheat scraper above the two boxes to push the green malt into the empty box of the rear box, achieving the purpose of pouring the box, and reversing the wheat layer of the front box from top to bottom and from front to back into the rear box, truly achieving the goal of uniform germination.
Each germination box is equipped with ventilation, temperature control, and humidification equipment. The germination temperature and ventilation system are automatically controlled and can utilize return air to fully meet the temperature, moisture, and gas supply requirements of the germination process.
