1、 Overview of Liquid Preparation System
Simply put, a liquid dispensing system is a system for preparing liquids. The liquid preparation system is mainly used for material preparation in industries such as biotechnology, intravenous infusion, oral liquid, and fine chemistry. It effectively eliminates the risks of cross contamination and product bacterial contamination during the preparation process, and improves the production efficiency and reliability of products; According to the new national GMP requirements and laws and regulations, combined with actual production needs, every detail is carefully designed to meet the needs of various liquid formulations with optimized design. The liquid dispensing system is a system consisting of a concentrated dispensing tank, a dilute dispensing tank, filters, pipeline valves, etc. The mixing tank is generally a fully sealed, vertically structured, hygienic and clean container with functions such as heating, cooling, insulation, and stirring. The mixing tank body with heating or cooling function is equipped with a jacket, which can be heated or cooled separately by introducing heating or cooling medium, so that the liquid medicine can be fully dissolved and mixed by the operation of the mixer. The configuration of the liquid distribution tank system mainly includes transmission device, mechanical seal device, temperature control device, spotlight, sight glass, mixing device, manhole feeding port, steam inlet, condensate outlet, material outlet, sewage outlet, sampling port, 360 ° universal cleaning ball. Some also have orifice plate filtration device, weighing and measuring device, liquid level measuring device, circulation device, etc.
2、 Characteristics of liquid dispensing system
1. Adopting aseptic design and no dead corner activity area to minimize residue to the greatest extent possible; The inner surface of the equipment is finely polished with a polishing accuracy of 0.22-0.45 μ m. The outer surface is mirror polished or 2B brushed surface.
2. The automatic liquid dispensing system adopts touch screen and PLC control, with one click operation. The process flow chart is directly clear, and the entire process of liquid dispensing and material transfer is automatic; Simple, convenient, and user-friendly;
3. Equipped with a fully automatic CIP online cleaning system and SIP online sterilization system, the system can automatically perform SIP and CIP online, reducing production costs and labor intensity; Ensure sterile and clean production during the liquid preparation process.
4. Can automatically detect the integrity of filters online;
5. It can automatically detect weight and adjust volume in real-time online, and automatically prepare liquid;
6. Automatically detect, record, and print relevant data in real-time, and can import and export related data.
