The insulation mixing and blending tank has functions such as heating, insulation, and mixing, and is widely used in industries such as dairy, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and pharmaceuticals.
The insulation mixing and mixing tank consists of a cylinder, a head, a jacket (heating and cooling cycle), a stirrer (anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, magnetic stirring, etc.), a transmission device (motor reducer or motor), a shaft seal device (mechanical seal), a support (platform, support legs, moving foot wheels), insulation medium, and insulation outer packaging.

2、 The function of the three-layer insulation mixing and mixing tank:
The insulation mixing and mixing tank has heating, cooling, insulation, and mixing functions. The tank body is designed with process pipe openings such as material inlet, pure water outlet, discharge outlet, and sampling outlet, which can provide conditions for the mixing process. After the liquid preparation is completed, the direct steam can be turned on to achieve sterilization and disinfection function. After the high-temperature liquid preparation process is completed, if cooling is required, the discharge valve can be opened for discharge after cooling.
