The SANOTAC high-pressure microflow plunger pump is designed specifically for Water Jet Guided Laser (WJGL) equipment, providing high pressure (up to 500 bar) and precise and stable microflow output. It can accurately transport liquids across the full pressure range with good repeatability, ensuring that the laser beam is accurately transmitted through the water jet, achieving high-precision cutting, drilling, and microfabrication. Currently, it has been applied in multiple brands of water guided laser processing equipment.
The high-pressure microfluidic plunger pump series includes: 100ml/min 40MPa, 50ml/min 40MPa, 50ml/min 50MPa, 100ml/min 50MPa

Ultra high pressure output: working pressure range: 0~400 bar (adjustable), meeting the requirements of water guided laser water jet
Low pressure pulse: Cam transmission curve compensation and flow pulse electronic suppression technology effectively control pressure pulses
Good accuracy and repeatability: achieving high accuracy and high repeatability in fluid transport across the entire range
Ultra pure water compatibility: The pump body and flow path material are made of 316L stainless steel, suitable for media such as ultra pure water and deionized water
Pressure start stop mode: Multiple overpressure modes, automatic, manual, and low-pressure restart modes after overpressure
Timing control mode: The timing control of liquid delivery can be effectively achieved through buttons or software
Client traffic calibration: supports client single point traffic calibration and full flow segment linear traffic calibration
Communication ports: USB, RS232, RS485
Communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Profinet (optional), CanOpen (optional)
Analog switch quantity: analog input control, switch quantity start stop control
