The feed pump of microchannel reactor is a high-pressure pump designed scientifically to meet the requirements of flow chemistry processesfeedingPump, including stainless steel pump head high pressurefeedingPump, Hastelloy pump head high pressurefeedingPump and PTFE pump head high-pressure feed pump, the product has high precision and good stability without pulse. The minimum flow increment of the series of products is 0.0001ml/min, and the viscosity range of the conveyed liquid is 0-1000 centipoise (cP), ensuring uniform mixing of fluids in microchannels, stable mass and heat transfer, precise stoichiometry, controllable reaction time, and highly reproducible experimental results. Widely used in microchannel reactors, chemical reaction devices, catalytic evaluation devices for chemical feeding, reactant addition, supercritical fluid transportation, foaming extrusion processes, new energy research, catalytic refining kettle reactions, and other supporting devices.
