Wastewater treatment ozone catalyst supports customized COD removal



Ozone catalysts serve the ozone oxidation process and are ozone specific catalysts developed specifically to improve ozone oxidation efficiency. It combines the strong oxidizing properties of ozone with the adsorption and catalytic characteristics of catalysts, effectively solving problems such as low ozone utilization, low treatment efficiency, insufficient organic degradation, and high operating costs. The ozone catalyst produced by our company is based on multi-element composite fibers as carriers and rare earth components (copper, manganese, cobalt, etc.) as active ingredients. It has the advantages of strong degradation ability, low ozone consumption, no secondary pollution, and long service life.

Instructions for using ozone catalyst:

1. The catalyst adopts a special preparation process, with high mechanical strength, long service life, and high catalytic efficiency;

2. Using multi metal composite fibers as carriers, the catalytic components are not easily lost, and the catalytic reaction is sustained and stable with higher performance;

3. The catalyst filler has minimal loss and does not require regular dosing.

Reaction principle:

1. Ozone catalysts can break some of the rings or long-chain molecules of recalcitrant organic compounds, turning large molecules into small molecules and generating substances that are easily biodegradable, thereby improving the biodegradability of wastewater;

2. Ozone catalysts oxidize easily degradable organic matter to produce carbon dioxide and water, reducing indicators such as COD and TOC in wastewater.

Compared with individual catalysts, the Senyang environmental ozone catalyst has a higher reaction rate and stronger oxidizing ability to form hydroxyl radicals with organic matter under the action of the catalyst, and can almost oxidize all organic matter.

The role of ozone catalyst:

1. Improve ozone utilization efficiency;

2. Accelerate ozone decomposition and improve sewage treatment process;

3. Increase the contact time between ozone and sewage to make their reaction more complete;

4. Adsorb some organic compounds in wastewater;

5. Remove COD, remove wastewater color, and improve biodegradability.
