Ozone catalysts serve the ozone oxidation process and are ozone specific catalysts developed specifically to improve ozone oxidation efficiency. It combines the strong oxidizing properties of ozone with the adsorption and catalytic characteristics of catalysts, effectively solving problems such as low ozone utilization, low treatment efficiency, insufficient organic degradation, and high operating costs. The ozone catalyst produced by our company is based on multi-element composite fibers as carriers and rare earth components (copper, manganese, cobalt, etc.) as active ingredients. Reaction principle:

1. Ozone catalysts can break some of the rings or long-chain molecules of recalcitrant organic compounds, turning large molecules into small molecules and generating substances that are easily biodegradable, thereby improving the biodegradability of wastewater;

2. Ozone catalysts oxidize easily degradable organic matter to produce carbon dioxide and water, reducing indicators such as COD and TOC in wastewater.
