Fenton catalyst is used in the reactor of Fenton oxidation method for wastewater treatment. It uses porous composite materials as carriers and various precious metal, rare earth metal oxides, and transition metal oxides as catalytic components. Multiple processes attach iron oxides to the surface of the carrier, which can increase the production of hydroxyl radicals, reduce the production of a large amount of iron sludge, and have higher catalytic activity.

The Fenton process is widely used in fine chemical industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, synthetic dyes, organic pigments, coatings, polymer materials, catalysts, and various additives, as well as in many industries such as steel and coal chemicals, petrochemical energy, chemical fibers, resins, and food brewing.
