VOCs treatment catalysts, also known as exhaust gas purification catalysts, can be widely used in the treatment of organic waste gases generated in industries such as chemical, painting, enameled wire, coating, and baking. The self combustion temperature of VOCs is usually high. By activating with activators, the activation energy of VOCs combustion can be reduced, thereby lowering the ignition temperature, reducing energy consumption, and saving costs.
Senyang Environment produces VOCs treatment catalysts based on precious metal or non precious metal active oxides as carriers, using rare additives developed by the company as the main components, and high-temperature sintering. They have the technical characteristics of high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, long service life, low airflow resistance, and excellent mechanical strength, and are suitable for CO and RCO catalytic combustion devices.
The reaction principle of VOCs waste gas treatment catalyst:
The purification treatment of VOCs organic waste gas generally adopts low-temperature catalytic combustion method, which uses the catalytic effect of catalysts to treat the organic matter in the exhaust gas in a low-temperature, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly manner, thereby achieving the goal of meeting emission standards. Organic gases are collected through pipelines, and after preheating, they pass through a catalytic chamber and undergo oxidation (flameless combustion) reactions under the action of VOCs catalysts, releasing a large amount of heat.
Reaction process: VOCs+O2 catalytic combustion/<400 ℃ H2O+CO2
Advantages of VOCs catalysts:

2. Applied to the purification and treatment of organic waste gases in industries such as petrochemicals (such as acrylonitrile absorption tower tail gas treatment, oxidized asphalt tail gas treatment, catalytic cracking unit, regenerated flue gas treatment, etc.), chemicals, pesticides, chemical reagents, printing, coatings, paint spraying, painting, furniture leather enameled wire, wire processing, as well as automobile tail gas treatment, ovens, etc;
