Product Details

Tungsten rhenium thermocouple is a high-temperature resistant thermocouple, which has the advantages of good temperature potential linear relationship, reliable thermal stability, and low price. Paired with display instruments, it can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media. It can partially replace platinum rhodium thermocouples as a high-temperature measurement tool for high-tech metallurgical industries, high-temperature electronic thermoelectric system structural engineering, space transportation vehicles, and nuclear reactors.
The relationship between the thermoelectric potential of tungsten rhenium thermocouple and temperature conforms to the ZBN05003-88 scale table, which is equivalent to the ASTME696-84 standard. The outer protective tube of tungsten rhenium thermocouple is made of high-purity corundum tube, recrystallized silicon carbide tube, molybdenum tube or tantalum tube. The tube is filled with high-temperature insulation material, vacuumed and then sealed at the cold end to ensure that there is no residual oxygen in the tube. This product is suitable for use in vacuum, reduction and inert gas environments, and has a short service life in oxidizing atmospheres.
The tungsten rhenium thermocouple is used in an environment with an air temperature of 20 ± 15 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%
The insulation resistance between the thermoelectric electrode and the outer protective tube should be greater than 100M Ω m
