Under the national policy of promoting environmental protection and energy conservation, Yongxing relies on years of experience in boiler research and manufacturing to produce the WNS type integrated condensing boiler. The major difference between this boiler and the WNS type fuel gas boiler is that it is equipped with a condenser on its surface. The use of a condenser reduces the exhaust temperature of the boiler to 60-80 ℃ and absorbs some of the heat energy in the flue gas, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reaching over 100.9%. At the same time, in the process of energy recovery, the emission of harmful gases is greatly reduced, reducing environmental pollution. This boiler is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly, therefore, it has been widely used in industries such as food, clothing and textiles, petrochemicals, and machinery manufacturing.

The WNS integrated condensing boiler is mainly composed of the boiler body, burner, instrument, connecting flue, condenser, water tank, feedwater pump, steam separator, deaerator, circulation pump, water softener, etc. It has the characteristics of clean combustion, pollution-free emissions, convenient operation, sufficient output, sufficient fuel combustion, and high thermal efficiency. It is currently a relatively energy-saving and environmentally friendly product, and also an ideal heating equipment.

Performance characteristics:

Horizontal fully wet back structure, integrated design, reduces footprint.

The design of a large furnace and threaded smoke pipes increases the heat absorption capacity of the furnace and reduces energy consumption.

Built in various protective devices, such as overheating, overpressure, water shortage, etc., ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler

The use of threaded smoke pipes and corrugated furnace liners enhances heat transfer efficiency and saves fuel.

The LCD screen displays the working conditions, making it easy to grasp the operation status of the boiler and system.

Equipped with explosion-proof doors, it automatically rebounds after pressure relief to ensure the safety of the boiler.

The condensation waste heat recovery device can repeatedly absorb the smoke and gas discharged from the boiler, improving energy utilization efficiency.

The design of the heating surface structure is reasonable, reducing and controlling the smoke resistance.

Equipped with original imported burners, it has a high degree of automation and can achieve fully automatic control from pre blowing, ignition, automatic conversion of firepower to automatic shutdown and flameout protection.

The furnace top is equipped with two-stage condensers, which use corrosion-resistant ND steel spiral finned tubes to greatly increase the heating surface and reduce the exhaust temperature of the boiler.
