3、 Installation instructions for fuel gas steam boilers:
1. Installation preparation:
⑴ Determine the installation location, and the installation unit of the fuel gas steam boiler must have a boiler installation qualification certificate issued by the superior competent department that meets the installation scope

⑵ Handle registration procedures. According to the Safety Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers, units using boilers should complete registration procedures for each unit. Boiler usage

Boiler installation requires the participation of a stoker, along with plumbers, fitters, riggers, chillers, welders, and auxiliary workers.
⑶ Organize staff to learn installation technical measures, safety technical measures, and familiarize themselves with boiler drawings and relevant technical documents.
Before installing the boiler, the boiler body, combustion equipment, components, auxiliary equipment, and accessories should be inspected and accepted according to the drawings, and records should be kept. If any discrepancies are found, they should be checked and accepted

2. Lifting of oil fired boilers and auxiliary equipment:
⑴ The gas boiler body, auxiliary equipment, accessory packaging box, and instrument packaging box should be lifted according to the lifting position specified by the factory. If hooked at any position

⑵ Load vehicles, lifting equipment, and steel wire ropes required for tying must have sufficient load-bearing capacity and comply with technical specifications.
⑶ Before lifting, select lifting equipment according to the size and weight of large items marked in the technical specifications, and develop corresponding safety precautions.
3. Boiler host installation:
The determination of the foundation for the gas boiler should be based on the local soil conditions, and the civil engineering department should redesign it according to the provided drawings.
After the foundation of the fuel boiler reaches its strength, it should be inspected and accepted according to the boiler drawings, and three benchmark lines for the overall boiler should be drawn:
a、 Vertical reference line - center of the drum.
b、 Horizontal reference line - front panel position line or panel position line.
c、 Elevation baseline - Several relevant locations can be marked around the foundation, and the corresponding offset between each mark should not exceed 1mm.
After the boiler host is transported to the installation site, the centerline of the boiler should be checked first to ensure that it matches the centerline drawn on the base; Normal operation of water level gauge

Is the water level horizontal; Then check if the contact between the base and the foundation is tight. If there are gaps, add shims or apply cement to ensure that the air chamber does not leak air.
⑷ The deviation of installation position dimensions and inspection methods shall be carried out in accordance with GB50273-1998 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Boiler Installation Engineering".
4. Auxiliary equipment installation:
⑴ The installation of the combustion engine and feedwater pump should be checked by opening the box according to the supply list before installation. When it is confirmed that the physical object matches the supply list and the inspection is qualified

Installation can only proceed afterwards. After installation, check for any defects such as jamming or air leakage. Finally, connect the power and test drive to check if the motor rotation is normal and if there is any friction

Check if the vibration phenomenon and motor temperature are normal.
If the connected smoke and air ducts are inconsistent with the design drawings and have significant changes in length, bends, and cross-sectional area, the smoke and air resistance should be redesigned, and the drum should be checked

The flow rate and pressure head of the induced draft fan meet the actual needs of the boiler.
5. Installation of chimney for fuel gas hot water boiler:
⑴ During chimney installation, asbestos ropes should be embedded between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney should be checked using a plumb line. If there is any deviation, it can be leveled at the flange connection

correcting.
⑵ Tighten the wire rope (steel wire rope) with flange bolts, and note that the tightness of the three steel wire ropes should be roughly the same.
According to the requirements of the environment and local departments, the height of the chimney can be shortened or increased.
6. Installation of boiler piping instruments:
a、 The deviation between the water level gauge and the normal water level line of the drum is ± 2mm. The markings for the highest safe water level, lowest safe water level, and normal water level should be accurately marked

b、 The water level gauge should have a drain valve (or drain plug) and a drain pipe connected to a safe location.
c、 The pressure gauge should be installed in a location that is easy to observe and blow clean, and should be protected from the effects of high temperature, freezing, and vibration.
d、 The pressure gauge should have a trap for storing water, and a plug should be installed between the pressure gauge and the trap for flushing the pipeline and replacing the pressure gauge.
e、 The dial should be marked with a red line to indicate the working pressure of the boiler.
f、 The safety valve should be installed after the boiler water pressure test is completed, and the working pressure of the safety valve should be adjusted during the initial ignition. The safety valve should be equipped with exhaust steam

The exhaust pipe should be connected to a safe location and have sufficient cross-sectional area to ensure smooth exhaust. The bottom of the safety valve exhaust pipe should be equipped with a drain for grounding safety points

Valves are not allowed to be installed on the exhaust and drain pipes of water pipes.
g、 Each boiler should be equipped with an independent discharge pipe, which should minimize bends to ensure smooth discharge and be connected to a safe outdoor location. Several boilers should be used together

A main sewage pipe must have proper safety measures. When using a pressurized sewage expansion tank, a safety valve should be installed on the sewage tank.
h、 The drain valve and drain pipe of fuel and gas boilers are not allowed to be connected with threads.
7. Installation requirements for fuel pipelines
① The boiler burner is equipped with a "inlet" valve pipe interface, which can be connected to the corresponding gas supply pipe in the boiler room.

4、 Instructions for using steam boiler:
1. Inspection before boiling
Before boiling, it is necessary to thoroughly inspect all components of the boiler, including the following inspection items:
1. Whether the manhole and handhole are tight, and whether the accessory parts and devices are complete.
2. Whether the steam boiler pipelines, feedwater pipelines, and sewage pipelines are complete.
3. Is the smoke passage unobstructed.
2. Pre start inspection work
① Check whether the voltage of the circuit meets the requirements and whether the positions of various switches are normal;
② Start the water pump and burner separately, and check whether various auxiliary machines are running normally;
③ Except for the main steam valve, pressure gauge plug, water level gauge plug, and air valve, all other valves are closed.
④ Check if there is enough oil in the oil depot and the direction of the water pump and oil pump.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Pay attention to the following points during the operation of a hot water boiler:
(1) Positive pressure combustion or furnace smoke injection is not allowed.
(2) There should be no water accumulation on the bottom floor of the hot water boiler to prevent moisture and corrosion.
2. The boiler should be inspected every 2-3 weeks during operation.
3. The boiler should be shut down for comprehensive inspection and maintenance every 3-6 months after operation.
(1) Inspect the inside and outside of the boiler, such as the welds on the compressed parts and whether there is corrosion inside and outside the steel plate. If serious defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner,

If the defect is not serious, it should be repaired during the next shutdown. If any suspicious areas are found but do not affect safety production, a record should be made for future reference

Exam.
(2) After inspection, apply boiler primer on the water surface to prevent corrosion.
4. Hot water boilers and boiler bases should be painted at least once a year.
5. There are two maintenance methods for steam boilers that are not commonly used: dry and wet methods. If the boiler is shut down for more than a month, the dry maintenance method should be adopted. If the boiler is shut down for less than a month, the dry maintenance method should be adopted

Wet maintenance method can be used.
(1) After the boiler is shut down, drain the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, and dry it on low heat (be careful not to use high heat), then remove the 10-30mm blocks

The quicklime is divided into trays and placed in the furnace drum, without contact with metal. The weight of quicklime is calculated based on 8 kilograms per cubic meter of drum capacity

Then close the head hole, hand hole, and pipeline valve, and check every three months. If the quicklime is crushed into powder, it must be replaced. When the boiler is restarted

Take out the quicklime and tray.
Wet maintenance method:
After the boiler is shut down, release the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, rinse it clean, refill with treated water until it is full, and heat the boiler water

At 100 ℃, allow the gas in the water to escape from the furnace, and then close all valves. In cold climates, wet maintenance methods should not be used.
