The SZS type fuel gas boiler is a double drum longitudinal chamber combustion boiler, consisting of upper and lower drums, membrane water-cooled wall, burner, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and cleaner. The water-cooled walls of the furnace and the convective flue both adopt membrane wall structures, reducing the use of refractory bricks. In addition, boilers have the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, short installation cycle, fully automatic operation, simple operation, and complete protection functions. They can meet the heating needs of both industrial heating and small power plants, and are currently a very popular boiler in the market.

This boiler is a quick assembly or bulk water tube boiler, with a convection tube bundle on the left and a furnace on the right. During the heating process, the flue gas generated by the combustion in the furnace enters the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area from the exhaust port at the rear of the furnace, and then turns to the energy-saving device and condenser made of finned tubes, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the flue and chimney. Among them, the application of energy-saving devices and air conditioners not only reduces exhaust temperature, improves thermal efficiency, but also reduces fuel consumption.

Equipped with water level gauge, water level control alarm, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, pressure controller, as well as gas and water flow meters; It has high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection, overpressure alarm and overpressure interlock protection functions, which can effectively monitor and control water level and pressure.

All front and rear walls adopt membrane water-cooled wall structure, effectively extending the service life.
