WA500- Electromagnetic flowmeter for flow measurement
Without any moving parts, rotating gears or turbines or bearings, relying on two electrodes to measure the density of induced magnetic fields generated by conductive fluids (such as water) flowing through pipelines, it is not easily affected by bearing wear or other mechanical wear issues.

WA500- Electromagnetic flowmeter for flow measurement

The measurement principle of an electromagnetic flowmeter is that when a liquid flows through a pipeline with a diameter of D at a flow rate of v, a magnetic flux density of B is generated inside the pipeline under the action of the excitation coil, which generates an electromotive force E: E=KXBXVXD proportional to the flow rate v

The induced voltage signal is detected by two electrodes and transmitted to the converter through a cable. After a series of analog and digital signal processing, the cumulative flow and real-time flow are displayed on the display screen of the converter.
