The power beamforming algorithm of LeakCam 600 uses signals from 64 MEMS microphones and their positions to simultaneously locate multiple leakage points. LeakCam has a unique dynamic range of up to 12 decibels, which can simultaneously detect leaks of different volumes - without larger leaks or ultrasonic noise masking smaller leaks.

Therefore, dynamic range demonstrates the ability to identify different volume sound sources without the situation where loud sources obscure small ones. In contrast, traditional leak detectors using standard beamforming algorithms can only achieve a dynamic range of 3 dB, which severely limits their ability to detect multiple leak points simultaneously.

In addition to compressed air leaks, LeakCam 600 can also detect and display leaks of nitrogen, argon, methane, and carbon dioxide, as long as the pressure of these gases is about 0.3 bar (relative to the atmosphere) and the loss volume flow rate is about 0.05 liters per minute.

In addition, as long as the leakage rate and pressure parameters meet the requirements, LeakCam 600 is also suitable for leak testing and other gases. For leak testing during the production process, if the volume of the ultrasonic transmitter is suitable for testing the sample, an ultrasonic transmitter can also be used.
