Main materials of pressure bearing componentsThe cylinder tank cover is made of Q235-B or 16MnR steel plate, which meets the requirements of GB3274 and GB6654 standards. The flange of the vulcanizing tank body and the flange of the tank cover are forged as a whole using 20 or 16Mn, and the forgings comply with the Level II requirements of JB4726-2000 standard.
