Vibration oil temperature and level probe
1. Overview
Vibration oil temperature and level probe:Three parameter combination probe(Oil level temperature vibration combination))It is a non bus structured universal combination probe used in our company's cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can be connected to various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.) for use.
This combination probe for monitoring the safe operation of wind turbine gearboxes integrates sensing, conversion, and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration signals inside, directly outputting the corresponding safety parameters4-20mA standard current signal, can be connected to various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
Probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensors and semiconductor integrated devices; The oil level measurement adopts the principle of capacitive sensing; A sensor used for vibration measurement that directly obtains the acceleration signal of mechanical vibration, which is amplified, bandpass filtered, integrated once, and true RMS(RMS converter, which converts the vibration waveform within the effective bandwidth into true effective value conversion; The final oil level, temperature, and vibration each produce 4-20mA output.
Main technical performance and indicators
2.1Appearance and installation structure:The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox to obtain the temperature, oil level, and vibration signals of the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and complete the transmission output. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth need to be declared at the time of ordering.
2.2Temperature measurement characteristics: Lubricating oil temperature measurement range:0-100 ℃, comprehensive temperature measurement error: ± 1 ℃
2.3Oil level measurement characteristics: Lubricating oil level measurement range:-10-40㎜(The 10mm mark is the lower limit position of the normal oil level of the gearbox, and the oil level is measuredcomprehensive error±5mm ambient temperature-40~65℃(Extreme temperature resistance)-50~150℃)
2.4Vibration measurement characteristics:Vibration measurement range:0-20mm/s, the measured output is proportional to the effective value (RMS) of the vibration velocity, the vibration measurement frequency range is 10-1000HZ, and the maximum error of vibration measurement is<=± 1mm/s
2.5Signal output characteristics:Active current type output:DC/4~20mA , Require passive resistive loads. Maximum load resistance:<300 ohms

3.Electrical connection:
Two four position terminals:+24V power supply, GND, It, t-COM, Io, o-COM, Iv, v-COM: It temperature and current signal output; Io oil level current signal output; Iv vibration current signal output: Refer to the schematic diagram of probe wiring principle in Figure 2 for typical wiring.
Usually, a five core shielded cable is pre installed during supply, and the corresponding relationship between cable wiring colors is as follows:
red+24V power supply;
Black: Ground wire (common end)GND, t-COM, o-COM, v-COM internal conductivity);
Cable shielding wire: grounded;
brownColor: Temperature output; Blue: Vibration output; Yellow: Oil level output;(Please refer to the wiring instructions at the end of the cable for details).
