Overview

The SWZQ-3A fan monitoring alarm is an addition of high and low oil level detection function on the basis of the original SWZQ-1A+. It is mainly used to monitor the vibration speed, lubricating oil temperature, and lubricating oil level of the fan during the operation of the cooling tower fan in real time. When the vibration speed or lubricating oil temperature exceeds the given value, it will give an audible and visual alarm and automatically cut off the power supply of the fan through relay contacts, playing a role in protecting the fan; When the lubricating oil level is below the lower limit or above the upper limit, a corresponding flashing alarm will be triggered to remind the user to take measures.

1 Introduction

.1 SWZQ-3A型The fan monitoring alarm is located in the originalSWZQ-1A+On the basis of this, a high and low oil level detection function has been added, mainly used for real-time monitoring of the vibration speed, lubricating oil temperature, and lubricating oil level of the cooling tower fan during operation. When the vibration speed or lubricating oil temperature exceeds the given value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered, and the power supply of the fan will be automatically cut off through the relay contact output to protect the fan; When the lubricating oil level is below the lower limit or above the upper limit, a corresponding flashing alarm will be triggered to remind the user to take measures.
