instruction manual
Intelligent wall mounted vibration monitoring and protection deviceMainly used for measuring rotational speed600~60000turn/Long term monitoring of the vibration intensity of rotating machinery, paired with magneto electric vibration velocity sensors, can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibrations of rotating machinery. The magnitude of the vibration intensity value is displayed on the instrument's front panel meter, and it also has standard current output, which can be used with various types of sensorsDCSThePLCWhen the vibration value exceeds the limit, this instrument can be equipped with an external sound and light alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and danger switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.
l Realize intelligent processing: Alarm values I and II can be set arbitrarily through panel buttons
l The panel buttons can adjust the range value without the need for potentiometer adjustment, making it convenient for on-site debugging
l If you don't press the operation key for one minute, you can return to the running state by yourself
l Alarm delay adjustment range1~60Seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference
l (Long press)◄key)The vibration intensity and amplitude can be freely switched.
l Frequency range:10~300Hz
l Range:020.0mm/s 0~200um
l Accuracy: ±1%(Full scale)
l Current output:4~20mA
l Switching output:DC 30V/ 5AorAC250V/5A(Normally open)
l Alarm setting: Any setting within the full range
l Environmental temperature: During operation:0~65When stored at ℃:-30~80℃
l Relative humidity: to95%Not condensing
l Power supply voltage220VAC/50Hz±10%
l Overall dimensions:240×190mm
l Installation method: Wall mounted
l Installation hole position size:275(Long) ×170(Width) unitmm(Hole diameter)5mm)

-Key:In the parameter setting state, press this key to view the previous parameter; In parameter editing mode, the parameters to be edited can be subtracted1The range of numbers is0~9;
(◄)Left cursor shift key:In parameter editing mode, move the number of parameter digits to be set, such as from single digits to hundreds digits;
This instrument has been debugged before leaving the factory, and users can use it directly. If you need to view the factory parameters of the instrument or make modifications, you can perform the following operations.
After power on, the instrument is in operation and the panel displays the displacement of each channel.
All parameters of this instrument are set by the "Parameter Settings" on the panel+The-← "setting. Each parameter is represented by corresponding symbols.The order and steps for setting are as follows:

Press“+”The key can continue to set the next parameter. Or hold down“SET”Key agreement5Second, return to normal working state.
Debugging instructions
The instrument has been calibrated and qualified before leaving the factory, and users can use it directly.
The monitoring device is installed in the control room. When installing, insert the monitoring device from the front of the control room, and then install the left and right mounting brackets (provided by the manufacturer) from the back, and tighten the screws. Connect the input and output wires to the back terminal board of the monitoring device as required.
The wall mounted monitoring instrument can be installed on the wall on site or on a centralized wall. Simply drill holes on the wall according to the installation holes behind the monitor to fix it.
