This method is suitable for measuring the bulk density, bulk density, and tap density of granular catalysts, molecular sieves, and other granular materials, as well as powdered materials.
Main functions:
This instrument adopts LCD display, with simple Chinese menu prompts for operation. The set parameters have power-off memory function and can be stored. This instrument has three working modes: static feeding, vibration feeding, and compaction, which meet the different requirements of scientific research and production units for catalysts, molecular sieves, particulate matter, and powdered materials.
In the traditional measurement of bulk density and compaction density feeding process, the feeding speed varies from person to person, resulting in unstable data. This instrument adopts electromagnetic automatic feeding function to avoid manual loading errors. During the feeding and compaction process, the motor transmission device can drive the measuring container to rotate, ensuring that the sample is always in a horizontal and uniform state inside the measuring container, making the test results more stable.
The compaction density meter has an intelligent operating system. After inputting basic information such as the tester, test sample, frequency, and number of times, the compaction operation can be started with one click. After completion, the compaction weight and volume are input, and the compaction volume is automatically calculated. The report is printed out through the instrument's built-in printer, greatly saving personnel time in calculation, recording, and statistics.
Working mode:
1. Static feeding: The sample is supplied by a funnel and added loosely and evenly to the measuring container at a uniform speed.
2. Vibration feeding: The sample is added loosely and uniformly to the measuring container while vibrating, and the loading and compaction are carried out synchronously.
3. Compaction: Change the sample inside the cylinder from a loose state to a small sample and fill the gaps of the large sample, so that the overall volume of the sample is small and the density is high
