The instrument provides four working modes, which can be set according to different usage situations:

1-Ball shaped sample testing; 2-Radial testing; 3-axis testing; 4- Measure reactor pressure

Accuracy and Resolution: The force resolution should be at least 1/5000 of the full scale or higher.
Loading speed control: There must be a wide range and precise controllable loading speed.
Software functionality: Does it provide powerful statistical analysis, Weber distribution fitting, data export, and other functions.
Compliance with standards: Whether the instrument complies with or is compatible with relevant industry standards (such as ASTM, EP, USP).
2. The importance of standardized testing:
Sample selection: The particle size and shape should be as uniform as possible.
Sample quantity: Statistically, at least 30-50 particles need to be tested to obtain a meaningful distribution.
Loading rate: It must be fixed and recorded, as the loading rate can affect the measured strength values.
Environmental conditions: Temperature and humidity may have a significant impact on the strength of certain materials (such as pharmaceutical particles, food), and it is necessary to test or record environmental parameters in a controlled environment.
