A bulk density meter is a specialized instrument used to measure the mass per unit volume of powders, particles, or fibrous materials in their naturally loose state. By quantifying the bulk density of materials, key data is provided for production process control, packaging design, warehousing calculations, and quality control. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, building materials, and new energy.
A bulk density meter is an instrument used to measure the bulk density of a substance. It calculates the bulk density of a substance by placing a known amount of substance into a container and vibrating it, and then measuring the volume and weight occupied by the substance in the container. Bulk density refers to the mass of a substance per unit volume, typically measured in grams per cubic centimeter or kilograms per cubic meter.
The density in the bulk density meter is a comprehensive reflection of various properties of powder, which is important for the stability of powder metallurgy, mechanical parts production processes, and product quality control. It is also the basis for mold design.
The PH-702 bulk density meter is designed and developed by our company according to the "National Standard GB-T6286-1986 of the People's Republic of China" for measuring the bulk density of molecular sieves. The instrument adopts a liquid crystal display and is easy to operate with Chinese menu prompts. The set parameters have power-off memory function and can be stored. Suitable for measuring the bulk density, bulk density, and tap density of granular materials such as catalysts and molecular sieves, as well as powdered materials.
In the traditional measurement of bulk density and compaction density feeding process, the feeding speed varies from person to person, resulting in unstable data. The PH-702 bulk density meter adopts electromagnetic automatic feeding function, which avoids manual loading errors. During the feeding and compaction process, the motor transmission device can drive the measuring container to rotate, ensuring that the sample is always in a horizontal and uniform state inside the measuring container, making the test results more stable.
Working mode:
Static feeding: The sample is supplied by a funnel and added loosely and evenly to the measuring container at a uniform speed.
Vibration feeding: The sample is added to the measuring container in a loose and uniform manner while vibrating, and the loading and compaction are carried out synchronously.
Compaction: Change the sample inside the cylinder from a loose state to a small sample and fill the gaps of the large sample, so that the overall volume of the sample is small and the density is high
