The KM-5A particle abrasion tester is suitable for measuring the abrasion rate of cylindrical, strip, amorphous, annular, and spherical particles of fertilizer catalysts in China. It is also applicable to the determination of wear rate of granular materials such as molecular sieves, activated carbon, alumina, adsorbents, etc. in China.

The KM-5A particle abrasion tester is suitable for measuring the abrasion rate of cylindrical, strip, amorphous, annular, and spherical particles of fertilizer catalysts in China. It is also applicable to the determination of wear rate of granular materials such as molecular sieves, activated carbon, alumina, adsorbents, etc. in China.
  
The wear tester uses a single-chip computer to control the stepper motor to drive the grinding cylinder to rotate and wear the material. Due to the use of microcontroller control, its rotation speed is uniform and stable, with low noise. Also, due to the use of a stepper motor, it directly drives the grinding cylinder without any transmission errors. The clock source for motor speed control uses a low drift quartz crystal oscillator, and the oscillation frequency of the oscillator depends on the natural frequency of the quartz crystal oscillator. Therefore, the difference from other manufacturers using other types of motors or oscillation sources is that no matter how long the instrument is used, it does not require speed calibration, which is convenient for users to use.
  
The working status information of the instrument is indicated by LED light-emitting tubes, which are clear and intuitive. In addition, it also has functions such as preset rotation speed, setting time, designing screening frequency, setting alarms, and setting pauses. The instrument has a reasonable structure, simple and intuitive operation, extremely stable and reliable performance, and a very low failure rate. Therefore, it has a high cost performance ratio and is an ideal wear rate testing device.
