Vertical mixer (straight tube)

1. The vertical mixer consists of a feeding hopper, a vertical screw conveyor, a mixing drum, a sleeve, and other parts.

2. The speed of the vertical screw conveyor is 120-400 revolutions per minute; Mixing a batch of materials usually takes 15-20 minutes, depending on the materials being mixed.

3. According to the hygiene requirements of the mixed materials, the material of the vertical mixer (carbon steel or stainless steel) can be selected, and the parts in contact with the mixed materials can be made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion and contamination of the raw materials.

4. Vertical mixers usually have a large residual amount after unloading. Yongtong has specially installed a cleaning gate at the bottom of the mixing bucket of the vertical mixer to effectively reduce material residue.

5. The vertical mixer has small power, low investment, and occupies a small area, but the mixing time is long. Users can choose horizontal mixing mixers with higher mixing efficiency such as gravity free mixers and plow blade mixers according to their actual situation.
