Overview
This tube furnace uses 1800 type silicon molybdenum as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30 stage program-controlled temperature control system, with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace is made of 1800 type alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. It uses 99 corundum tubes, sealed with stainless steel flanges at both ends, and controlled by a float flow meter to control the intake flow rate.
