This tube furnace uses 1800 type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30 stage program-controlled temperature control system, with phase-shifting triggering and controllable silicon control. The furnace chamber is made of German imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. It adopts 99.8 high-purity corundum tubes imported from the United States, sealed at both ends with stainless steel flanges, and controlled by a float flow meter to control the intake flow rate. The furnace has the advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. It is used for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
Main functions and features:
1. The furnace is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation performance, durability, and high efficiency and energy saving.
2. The heating element adopts high-quality silicon molybdenum rods, which are durable and can reach a maximum temperature of 1700 ℃.
3. Adopting a double-layer shell structure, combined with thermal induction technology, and equipped with an air cooling system, the surface temperature of the furnace body is rapidly cooled.
4. Using KF quick flange connection reduces the possibility of heating tube damage, making material retrieval and placement more convenient and efficient.
5. Intelligent PID high-precision control, self-tuning function, 30 segment programmable control, 30 segment temperature rise and fall program can be set, achieving zero power loss.
6. Reserve quick interfaces for vacuum and gas circuits to be used in conjunction with our vacuum and gas mixing systems; Satisfy users to conduct experiments under different vacuum states and atmospheric conditions.
7. Reserve a 485 conversion interface, which can be connected to a computer through our dedicated software to achieve remote control, real-time tracking, historical recording, output reports, and other functions for single or multiple electric furnaces; 8. It has safety operation functions such as over temperature alarm and leakage protection.
